The days of cheap, greasy buffets are long gone. These days, tourists flock to one of the many stylish, grand buffets on the Las Vegas Strip. With so many amazing buffet spreads available, which one should you possibly choose?
If you’re going to hit up one buffet while in Las Vegas, make it the Wicked Spoon Buffet at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. I’ve tried my fair share of Vegas buffets over the last several years (including buffets at the Wynn, the Bellagio, as well as Le Village at Paris Las Vegas or the Carnival World Buffet at the Rio) but the Wicked Spoon is by far my favorite. While it’s not the new kid-on-the-block anymore, the buffet features a huge variety of gourmet food items…and the best part is that they make it really easy to sample this large variety of dishes – everything is portioned in dainty bowls, ramekins…even petite Chinese takeout boxes and individual fried chicken fryer baskets.
Don’t miss my favorites….the crispy pork belly, the pho station, the truffle mac-and-cheese, and the gelato stand.
Beet and goat cheese salad….just one of the many salad options available at the salad bar
Cheese, fruit, and salami platters
Homemade Italian sausage, roasted sweet peppers, and pork belly
Crispy tofu and drunken noodles
Ham, turkey, prime rib galore (and roasted garlic of course)
Assorted pastries at the dessert station
Gelato (with over 18 different flavors, it made it hard to choose!)
